Terms & Conditions — 88wine User Agreement

1.Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "88wine" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the 88wine online casino and sports betting platform operated at 88wine.pro and all associated subdomains and applications.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who has registered an account with 88wine or who accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered profile created by a Player upon completing the 88wine registration process, through which the Player accesses all platform services.
• "Services" — refers collectively to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, fishing games, slot games, and all other wagering and gaming products available on 88wine.
• "Funds" / "Balance" — refers to the PKR amount held in a Player's 88wine wallet, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts subject to applicable wagering conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to non-cashable promotional credits subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 5.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer identity and age verification, conducted by 88wine before processing withdrawals or as required under the platform's compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the total value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds may be withdrawn as real money.

2.Eligibility & Registration

2.1  To register and maintain an account with 88wine, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88wine strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any specific jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and persons acting as agents for third parties are not permitted to register.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of an 88wine employee in a role involving platform operations, game management or odds setting.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing or using 88wine's Services is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 88wine platform under any prior account or identity.

2.2  During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone or Warid) and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

2.3  88wine reserves the right to reject any registration application without being required to state a reason, and to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point in the account lifecycle.

3.Account Responsibilities

3.1  Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 88wine. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different Pakistani mobile numbers, or via shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

3.2  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88wine login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 88wine will never contact you to request your password. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3  All activity conducted through your 88wine account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. 88wine is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use arises from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4  You must not allow any third party to use your 88wine account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to sell, transfer or assign an account to another person is void and will result in immediate suspension.

3.5  You agree to use 88wine Services solely for personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use of the platform, including systematic arbitrage betting at scale, is prohibited.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1  Deposits. All deposits to 88wine are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Online Banking and Meezan Bank. Deposits are credited to your 88wine wallet within 90 seconds under normal network conditions. 88wine does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2  Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Standard withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically completed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one business day. 88wine does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.

4.3  KYC Verification. A withdrawal request may not be processed until the Player's KYC verification is complete. You will be required to submit a copy of your Pakistani CNIC or other acceptable photo identification, and where required, proof of your payment method ownership. 88wine reserves the right to request supplementary documentation at its discretion.

4.4  Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests will only be approved where the Player's account is in good standing, no active disputes or fraud investigations are pending, and all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds have been satisfied. 88wine reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms.

4.5  Currency. 88wine operates exclusively in PKR. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. You are responsible for any currency conversion costs applied by your bank or payment provider outside of the 88wine platform.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

5.1  88wine offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket betting promotions tied to PSL and international fixtures. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this Section.

5.2  Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your 88wine account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, only wagers placed on specified game categories contribute toward the wagering requirement.

5.3  Game Contribution Rates. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Typically, slot games contribute at the highest rate while live casino and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward a specific bonus. The contribution schedule for each active promotion is published on the relevant promotion page.

5.4  Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from your account balance without notice or compensation.

5.5  88wine reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotional offers are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, combined or claimed by the same individual under multiple accounts.

5.6  Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract Bonus Funds without genuine gameplay — will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and may result in account suspension.

6.Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1  General. All bets and wagers placed on 88wine are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market, as published in the game rules section of the platform. These Terms apply in addition to those game-specific rules. In the event of a conflict, the game-specific rules prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics, and these Terms prevail in respect of account, financial and conduct matters.

6.2  Cricket & Sports Betting. Sports betting markets — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan national team matches, ICC events and other supported competitions — are subject to 88wine's Sports Betting Rules. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change prior to market settlement. In-play betting markets close automatically at defined trigger points within each event.

6.3  Bet Acceptance. 88wine reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons. Bets are not valid until confirmed by the platform with a unique bet reference number. Screenshots of bet slips are not evidence of acceptance in the absence of a platform-generated reference.

6.4  Errors and Technical Faults. In the event of a technical error, system fault, or obvious pricing error that results in a bet being offered or accepted at manifestly incorrect odds or under incorrect conditions, 88wine reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount. No profits arising from such errors will be honoured.

6.5  Live Casino. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of certified dealers operating under studio conditions. 88wine is not responsible for network interruptions that disconnect a player during a live game session. Where a disconnection occurs mid-hand or mid-round, the platform will apply its documented disconnection policy to resolve the outcome.

7.Prohibited Conduct

7.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 88wine and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether personally or through agents, nominees or associates.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without human action per bet.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker variants, or any game where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors knowingly to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using 88wine for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of the account lifecycle.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively impacts the experience of other players.

7.2  88wine employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended immediately. Funds held in suspended accounts may be held pending investigation and may be forfeited in confirmed cases of fraud or abuse.

8.Intellectual Property

8.1  All content on the 88wine platform — including but not limited to the 88wine brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, promotional materials, text and software — is the property of 88wine or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

8.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 88wine content without prior written authorisation.

8.3  Any unauthorised commercial use of the 88wine brand, name, logo or platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9.Limitation of Liability

9.1  88wine provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88wine disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2  88wine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service due to technical fault, scheduled maintenance, or events outside 88wine's reasonable control.

9.3  Nothing in these Terms limits 88wine's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9.4  You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a natural and expected outcome of gaming activity. 88wine bears no responsibility for the financial consequences of your gambling decisions. Play only what you can afford to lose.

10.Responsible Gaming

10.1  88wine is committed to responsible gambling. The platform provides the following tools, accessible from any registered account, to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly and monthly PKR caps on the total amount that can be deposited.
• Loss Limits — caps on net losses over defined periods.
• Session Time Reminders — configurable alerts at 30-minute intervals.
• Self-Exclusion — temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from all 88wine Services.
• Reality Checks — on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net win/loss position.

10.2  Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Once a self-exclusion is applied, 88wine will block access to your account for the chosen period. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. During a self-exclusion period, 88wine will not send promotional communications to the excluded account.

11.Account Closure

11.1  Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 88wine account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus conditions) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method subject to KYC verification being complete.

11.2  Closure by 88wine. 88wine reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms or any other applicable platform policy has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive conduct has been identified.
• The Player is found to be ineligible under Section 2.
• The Player's continued use of the platform poses a risk to other players or to the integrity of the platform.
• Required by applicable law, regulation or instruction from a competent authority.

11.3  Where an account is closed by 88wine due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in that account may be forfeited in full. 88wine will document its findings and maintain records in accordance with its data retention obligations.

12.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1  These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the 88wine platform are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88wine holds its international gaming licence. The application of Pakistani domestic law to the platform's operations is expressly excluded to the extent permissible.

12.2  Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, transaction or account decision, you must contact 88wine support in the first instance. The support team will investigate and respond within five (5) business days. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, the matter may be escalated to 88wine's internal compliance team, whose decision will be final and binding.

12.3  For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes, 88wine will refer to server-side game logs as the authoritative record. Client-side screenshots, recordings or other materials produced by the player are not accepted as conclusive evidence.

13.Amendments to These Terms

13.1  88wine reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change.

13.2  Your continued use of the 88wine platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

13.3  The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
